You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.

You retain ownership of your Health Data and User Content. By uploading, submitting, or otherwise providing User Content through the Services, you grant Autonomy Health a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or legal right
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other user accounts
  • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent

AUTONOMY HEALTH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THE SERVICES AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

AUTONOMY HEALTH IS NOT A MEDICAL PROVIDER AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. THE SERVICES ARE NOT INTENDED TO BE A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. ALWAYS SEEK THE ADVICE OF YOUR PHYSICIAN OR OTHER QUALIFIED HEALTH PROVIDER WITH ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE REGARDING A MEDICAL CONDITION.

IN NO EVENT WILL AUTONOMY HEALTH, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Autonomy Health and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the Services.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise and update these Terms of Service from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them, their subject matter or formation (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Service or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of California, in each case located in the City of San Francisco. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
